I'm Isla. I have over 10 years' marketing experience and love working with businesses both big and small to help achieve their goals.
I’ve worked across a wide range of industries in various roles, including; a product manager for a tech start up, marketing and sales roles in the drinks industry, and project manager at a marketing and design agency.

How I Work
Getting Started
​
To begin with, we’ll have a call or meeting where I can learn more about your business and you can ask any questions you might have. From there, we’ll establish the current pain points and your goals so I can suggest solutions and develop a strategy to help your business grow. I can then carry out the strategy, refining and updating as your business develops.
Results
​
I’m a big believer in measuring results and so I will send monthly reports with how things are going, along with any recommendations. The report content can be discussed as part of the set-up process.
Communication
​
Communication is key! My goal is to understand your business inside out and feel like part of the team. We can discuss a communication plan that works for you and your calendar but I would recommend at least one meeting per month to discuss how things are going, results and how we can improve things further. This also lets me hear about any business updates which can be incorporated into the marketing plan.
Costs
​
Rather than having set fees, I like to understand exactly what each client is looking for so I can create a bespoke package that best fits their budget. I’m very flexible so if budgets are small, and ambitions are high, then we can look at a plan that tackles the things that are likely to make the biggest difference first, and stagger other activities from there.
